Shoppe Founded In 1971..By a Sweet Lady Edith Mutsaerts....She had a passion for Knitting So For Her Birthday she
received $5000.00 From
Her Husband Paul Mutsaerts to start up a Wool store.. ..So off she went and opened her first store in the
Westlynn Mall It was only 300 Square Feet Knitting and Stitching and Helping people out of their knitting mistakes....
Two Years Later she opened in
Park Royal....
One year later she opened in Lansdowne Richmond
Two years later she had Arbutus ..so
now Everybody was really busy.....Then after in 1987 she sold Westlynn mall..which changed name to Lynn Valley Centre....
So that left Arbutus and Richmond and Park Royal.Locations...
So After 2 yrs She sold Richmond ...Then There
was just Park Royal and Arbutus....Which her Daughter Ingrid Managed...She helped Managed all the stores since 1981....
Then They Had the 2 Stores ...Managable.....Now Ingrid Could Ski again....which made her really happy.
Then a Lady
wanted to Buy but Ingrid's Store.....So they sold it...
Then Ingrid Got a job on a Diving Boat..as the chief of everything....40
nights @ sea...that's enough.....Then Worked in Whistler for a ski Season as a German Ski Guide...AnyHow the fun had to end....And
Paul.. Edith's Husband Ingrid's Dad died..Bummer eh!!! So Having Just the one Store they moved to Dundarave West
Vancouver.....So for 4 yrs Life was good..Ingrid Got Married and Have A Little Boy Matthew in 1997...Then 1998 Edith
Died.....So Ingrid Had the whole place to herself....And Being a Mother...With Matthew @ Work with Her....The customers Rocked!!!!!!!
they helped her out alot...Her Mother-in-law Was a big help where the Kids were involved....
So no More days Off For Ingy......So Skiing @ night was the only way she could get skiing in...Then
Her Daughter Annie Came along...But now her Kids ski as well so it's back to skiing on the weekends and Sometimes After school
.....And @ Night..Then Her and Her Husband Seperated And..Life rocked again for her......In the skiing Department.....So She
Meet the man of her Dreams..AGAIN...Michael...
